Welcome to Mz Dee Early Years and Primary Tutor. By enrolling your child in our tutoring services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Mz Dee offers early childhood tutoring services for children between the ages 2 and 8. Services may be delivered in person or online, depending on the package selected.

2. Registration and Payment

• All sessions must be booked in advance.

• Payment is required before the start of the tutoring period.

• Fees are non-refundable once sessions have begun, except in cases where services are cancelled by Mz Dee.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Parents must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session.

• Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

• If a tutor needs to cancel, a makeup session will be arranged at no extra cost.

4. Code of Conduct

• Children must be respectful and cooperative during sessions.

• Parents are expected to ensure a quiet and supportive learning environment for online classes.

• Mz Dee reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of persistent misconduct.

5. Materials and Content

All learning materials provided remain the intellectual property of Mz Dee and must not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mz Dee is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in tutoring sessions, including in-home or virtual classes.

7. Modifications to Terms

Mz Dee may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
